Rachel Lippeatt
Rachel Lippeatt, owner of RA Consulting, has been a member of the Houston CRE community since relocating to Houston in 2002. As a project manager since 2006, she has gained critical knowledge of the commercial construction process in several key sectors. Rachel has been an integral player managing projects in and around the Houston Central Business District, Uptown Houston, the Galleria area, the Energy Corridor and The Woodlands. In addition, she has worked on many projects in other markets throughout the United States, including Southern Florida, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Louisiana, and Arizona.
Prior to forming RA Consulting, Rachel served as a Senior Project Manager for CBRE, working in the Houston market. With experience in the health services industry at a local retirement community, and many years of experience in property management, Rachel wields broad industry knowledge and a “Customer First” approach. Rachel is a participant with several local and national real estate industry associations and has worked in several niche markets.
